2. What is the minimum order quantity for screen printing?

Typically for screen-printing our minimums are;

12 pieces for 1 color;

24 pieces for 2 colors;

36 pieces for 3 colors;

48 pieces for 4 colors; 

60+ pieces for 5 colors or more. 

3. What is the turn around time for screen printing?

Our standard turnaround time for screen printing is 7-10 business days from the time we receive your approval on the artwork.

4. What format does my artwork need to be in for screen printing?

For screen printing, artwork should be created in Vector format.  We can use .cdr, .ai, .eps and .pdf if the file is created in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.  Changing a .jpg to an .eps or .pdf does not make it a Vector format file.  We can screen print raster images, (.jpg, .psd, .bmp, etc.) however, the quality of the print is only as good as the original artwork, and additional graphic design charges will apply to convert your artwork to the correct format for screen printing.

5. Do you offer custom color matching and/or PMS color matching?

Yes, if this is a requirement from our customer. We have an extensive inventory of ink available for screen printing. In most cases our stock ink colors are a close enough shade to a customer's specific PMS color that customers elect to use our stock colors. In the event a specific PMS color code is required by the customer, additional charges for mixing of the PMS color of ink will be required.

6. Do you only print t-shirts?

No. T-shirts are the most commonly printed garments. We work with dozens of suppliers and constantly add more to the list to meet the needs of our customers. We have online catalogs that contain the most popular brands and styles of apparel and accessories which can be decorated with your logo. Additionally, we have access to thousands of promotional items which can be embosed with your logo. If you can’t find what you are looking for in our online catalogs, contact us or visit us and we will find what you are looking for.

7. What color t-shirts can you screen print?

Any available color. Click here for a list of colors available from t-shirt manufacturer, Gildan.

8. Can I provide my own merchandise/t-shirts to be screen printed?

Yes, but we don’t recommend it. If we provide the merchandise/t-shirts and by chance it is damaged during the printing process, we will replace it at no charge to you. However, if the merchandise/t-shirts you provide to us is damaged during the printing process, we can’t replace it, but we do not charge for the printing on the damaged product.

9. Do you offer contract screen printing?

Yes. Printing customer supplied inventory has the same minimums and we thoroughly evaluate each project with our customers prior to quoting any contract printing project.

10. What are the payment options and terms?

We accept credit cards, cash, or checks. Top It Off Imprints and Embroidery terms are a 50% deposit upon placement of the order, with the balance due upon completion of the order.
