At Top It Off Imprints and Embroidery we continue to monitor the directives from the Federal Government and the CDC, as well as State and local government agencies in relation to emergency operations to slow the spread of Covid-19. The health and safety of our employees and customers is our first priority.

Yesterday, 25 March 2020, The Pinellas County Board of Commissioners passed Resolution No. 20-20 “Covid-19 – Safer At Home”. This Resolution goes into effect on Thursday, 26 March 2020 at 12:00 PM. Based on the language in the resolution, essential businesses may continue to operate and be in compliance with CDC social distancing guidelines. Additionally, businesses that service essential businesses may continue to operate as long as they close their doors to public entry, and CDC social distancing guidelines can be followed.

Since many of our customers are essential businesses, we will continue to remain open and service our clients and maintain compliance with Pinellas County Resolution No. 20-20.

Today, we are taking the following steps to comply with Pinellas County Resolution No. 20-20:

• Immediate closure of our showroom to customers and visitors. If you have an order ready for pick up, call ahead to process payment for the order. Upon arrival, call 727-781-1985 to let us know you are here, and someone will bring your order to your vehicle.
• We continue to follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing inside our operations with our employees.
• We continue to follow the CDC guidelines for hand washing.
• We continue to follow the CDC guidelines for sanitizing common surfaces.

We are currently not experiencing any supply issues with our vendors, however lead times to obtain apparel have increased depending on the location of the distribution centers where we source our products. We are currently maintaining our 7 – 10 business days production time for screen printed and embroidered apparel, to support our customers’ needs.

Throughout this period of uncertainty, our mission to service our customers remains as strong as ever. We will communicate with you as things develop.
